Joining the Library
Who can sign up?
Library membership is free to all residents of the wider Invercargill area. This includes; Waitaki, Clutha, Gore, Southland, Dunedin, Queenstown, and Central Otago.
What do I need to sign up?
Registrations take about five minutes to complete. They require you to come into the library with one form of identification, photo ID, e.g. driver’s licence, passport, or 18+ card.
If you are a visitor to the area we can provide a temporary membership. Simply ask at a Help Desk or call us on (03) 211 1444.
