What is Live Stronger for Longer?
Live Stronger for Longer is a national movement full of practical information and advice on how to stay active, well and independent for over 65s and those caring for over 65s. Doing exercises that strengthen your leg and core muscles and improve balance will reduce your risk of falling.
Community Group Strength and Balance classes will focus on improving lower body and core strength and balance which will, ultimately, lead to gains in movement confidence.
